Since Wonder Woman is a feminist icon, I can't think of any person better suited to write it than the dude who wrote, directed and produced Sucker Punch. Warner Brothers has done it again… well played, assholes.

I love it.

Ten minute shopping montage!

On the second cover she looks like Ron Perlman from Beauty and the Beast… count me in!

I was actually thinking of going to see this in the theatre, but then I remembered hearing the horrid pile of puke that is the new song.

Bruno?

Yeah, but Zoolander?

I'm gonna see this. Ghostbusters is a personal favourite, so it can't be ruined if this sucks, just like I'll always love Superman no matter what Zach Snyder does to him.
I don't think remaking a movie can "ruin" childhood. Ruining my childhood was what George Lucas did with the Special Editions. If they let Lucas

She's married to my namesake!

I'll probably get around to the rest of Killjoys at some point when I'm hungry for a new show.

I'm basing my opinion on Killjoys on the first two episodes, which I didn't like. Maybe it gets better, I don't know. Dark Matter is more my thing. Some of the characters are pretty likable. I really like the premise… kind of a mystery that plays with archetypes a bit, where you find out more about the characters

I realize how subjective comedy can be, but… where's the real list? You know, the one that doesn't put Wet Hot American Summer in the same league as The Holy Grail. The real list that fuckin' McGruber is on?

Voyager is the most under-rated Star Trek show. I know it's not all good, but how many Star Trek shows can say they are? There's some really good science fiction in there.

Yeah, I think he writes novels about real estate. It hasn't caught on yet, but if it does he'll be in on the ground floor. He might be working on a wartime real estate thriller, which is why he`s consulting with Davey, the guy in the Navy.

Killjoys isn't nearly as good. It's trying a bit too hard to be sexy and hip for my liking.

If someone yells out "you're not funny" during a comedians set, does that mean he's bombing, or that there's a drunken asshole disrupting the show?

First of all, the Spinal Tap reference is completely relevant in this context and not intended to be at all dismissive… and Wafflicious didn't get it, so maybe it's not quite as "overplayed" as you think.

What's wrong with being sexy?

Wrong! Replacement De Niro may have given up in '02, but the real De Niro has been dead since about '94 or '95. The replacement did such a great Robert De Niro impression that it's hard to pinpoint the exact year. Casino may even have been the replacement, I'm not sure.

He was born in San Francisco. Do the math.
