Fuck sharks! We want squirrel week!

I love "Weird Al" and I so wanted to like this show, and probably would have if not for Scott Aukerman's performance as "TV's most annoying person". It's too bad too, because the few episodes I have seen were pretty funny otherwise.

I know she's a headcase in real life, but to be completely fair, at least she could make it through (much funnier) sketches than Fallon without cracking up and looking at the camera.

Translation: "Star Trek movies can only be made by people who hate Star Trek.

My money is on no character whose name I know will die this week.
I loved last week's episode, but it's clearer now than ever that this show only kills characters they can do without these days - characters like that Stark kid who can only run in a straight line, and that giant guy. At least Ramsay Bolton ate it…

My thoughts exactly. If something unrelated to the movie happens in a movie theater, does that qualify as AV Club material? What if it's all unconfirmed reports? I guess as more details become known we may find out the suspect was motivated by pop culture somehow, in which case the AVClub is not being an asshole.

Kevin McDonald as a drunken Ronnie Van Zant - "Hey, wait a second. Everything I touch turns to gold. Hey, I got an idea… I'm gonna let my friend Rocky fly this
plane."
[pulls Rocky the monkey out of his suitcase]

Now I have a legitimate reason to not see this movie… to avoid hearing that terrible, terrible song ever again.

I don't know, they just are.

I always thought they were considered post-punk. Maybe I'm a purist, but I think the word "punk" gets attached to too many other words.

"Dance-Punk" is a term that does not make sense, and should not exist.

Free ipecac? Kind of tempting, but I think I'll take my chances with the poison.

I don't know their names, but I don't like the dictator's girlfriend, wheelchair lady, or the doctor's wife (although this episode she seemed a little sympathetic), and even though she sort of redeemed herself last season, Toby Jones' strangled sister was pretty unlikable to me. Having said all that, I'm not sure I

Fantastic Planet is great, but you might have to be the type of person who can sit through a piece of art. I loved it, but to watch it again I'll need to be in the right frame of mind for it. Fritz the Cat kind of sucks.

Sugerland Express is the only Spielberg movie that I would choose "post 90's" Spielberg over.

You had me until you put Fritz the Cat and Duel in the same sentence. Duel is awesome, Fritz is not.

I hope they kill off more than a few… it's getting really hard to follow, and I'm starting to lose interest.

I'm still watching it for now but I don't think season 2 of this show should exist. Season 1 wwas fine. It had a beginning, a middle, and an end. That end was supposed to be the real end, with no second and third seasons… but I guess season one did well enough for Fox to feel it worth milking it until dry.

I may be able to clear this up… I think what JEng is trying to say is that lesbians and fictional dwarves are boring and that there are too many Asians on tv.
