Ugh. Sorry to hear that. That’s WAY too many interviews, anyway. Who does that, and why send the B squad in for what sounds like the final interview?!

My problem with this advice, no matter how sound it is, is that it seems to be predicated on the fact that they’ve already made up their mind about you. Makes me wonder why are they interviewing you in the first place, or how they can conclude they don’t want you if they’ve not really delved that deep into the…

I also have to wonder if that shift is because more and more companies are answering to investors.
