The back seat in the B5 Passat (and the front, for that matter) was damn comfortable. Tons of leg room, easy ingress/egress. Cupholders left something to be desired, but that’s a VW thing from that era.

This guy gets it! If you can’t spend over 70K on a new car, the Kia Carnival is the answer. From 70-100K it’s hard to beat the Toyota Sequoia Platinum on value. From 100-110K it’s hard to beat the Cadillac Escalade ESV Premium Luxury Platinum. Above 110K and you’re in Rolls, Maybach, and Bentley territory...

Black water tanks and lack of any sort of battery already cut the worth of this down to $10,000. But the main killer is that they filled all of the interior and didn’t put any space for storage. Like, sure, you have the cabinets for the kitchen utensils and dishes. But you only get one side of those big long trays…

Not bad. But $33K buys a pretty nice used purpose-built RV with a shower.
