Please add a separate chore: “Clean out the tank”: “Attach a hose to the drain valve, with the other end out a window or into a sink/toilet, and drain the water heater for about 3 minutes”. This cleans out accumulated junk that may be acting as an insulator inside the tank

My favorite - now lost in the mists of time - was an app that “hid” cockroaches under your windows. Move a window, and all the now-exposed cockroaches would scramble around your screen until they were able to get under another window.
