1995 R package one in 464 black with black interior 50K miles. Has the AC option but no hardtop option. The R was a fun package kinda shocked it had the AC option due to the car being super stripped and light weight.

He was joking. Since every Miata owner at one time or another gets ragged on for being gay or a hairdresser. I have owned one for the past 10 years and someone always comes out of the wood work to say “Oh those are cars for girls and gays” or something to that nature.

The boxter is now way out of the price range to compete with the Miata. Almost double the price. It would be hard to even cross shop those two now unless you had a large budget and just wanted the best roadster (to you).

Yeah lower them. They aren’t fixing roads with what they are taking from me now. RI has horrible roads, bridges, social services are a mess and broken. If you can’t lower them at least use them correctly. I feel like the government is a 16 year old with their parents credit card no accountability for spending.

I agree I understand the need for taxes, income, fuel, property, its the misuse of those taxes which really drives me up a wall. Especially in Rhode Island where we must have overall the worst roads in the country at least bottom 5.

I agree it should be a serious penalty but people calling for life in prison is never going to happen.  

I doubt it will be that severe. Mitigating circumstances will be age without a doubt. No malice or forethought. Gross negligence of course. I wonder if there are any other cases in Florida similar to see what precedent has been set.
