Very interesting how they wrote that law. I assume the defense will be easy. Cooperate with the investigation as a cooperating witness or fight it saying you were in the car going to church or volunteer at a homeless shelter when your ludicrous friend turned into Dom Toretto and started to race and instead of jumping

I am pretty sure that charge will never stick in a court. He has no physical control of the vehicle. Creating a constructive possession argument is weak at best. Think of it on a smaller scale. You are a passenger and the driver is speeding or fails to stop at a traffic signal trying to also cite the passenger would

The USA is a country where the poorest people also tend to be the fattest.

I think he might be referring to the monthly residual payments harmful effects of the growth of private wealth?

How does a passenger get charged with street racing?

Agreed even just with normal drivers today be so distracted. I won’t walk in the street. Not victim blaming, we have to first look out for our safety.

Drive a Kei car in traffic. It’s like looking at the stars at night and realizing how small you are but more dangerous.

You don’t really believe we are only a few years away from electric killing anyone’s desire for gas do you?

I loved his earlier seasons last 2 have been “meh”

It is pretty sad. Although even in the height of muscle car mania a ton of American cars were built in Canada. Canada is just the 51st state.

Tesla is the last true American car.

Those are averages. Very true big money cars have fallen in value, 426's, LS6, Yenkos they arent’ what they were at the peak.

2004 GTI 1.8t black leather is much better than plaid.

My cars are generally all fuel efficient. 2004 GTI 1.8t gets 31 Hwy and upper 20's mixed if I lay off the boost only problem it takes 93. My 95 Miata averages 31MPG no matter how I drive it and I run 87. 2002 Z06 gets 24 mixed driving and 30ish highway trips on 93 which is pretty good for a 425HP to the ground V8.

I go every year for the DSM/EVO/GTR shootout since 2005. Kalahari water park and Cedar Point also make it worth while.

Ethanol is the devil. I wish I was in Norwalk Ohio where you can still buy real gas at the pump along with E85.

Not sure why there is a huge assumption muscle cars are going to plummet in the coming decade or so. Plenty of people 30-50 are very much into them. Gen X and older millennials. Besides the 65-75 years olds that lived through the first muscle car era there are plenty of guys that had them growing up in the 80’s etc.

‘55 Chevy station wagon.

iPad sized car entertainment. It came to a head with the ND Miata. The entertainment system looks like an afterthought and stands out like a sore thumb. Of course no way to delete this luxury feature either....

Roll over safety standards to be exact.
