Ever since the incident in Detroit the Pacers have been PRETTY damn white too.

David Dukes? Welcome to Deadspin.

Thanks, Mr Obvious.

I'm sure you do. But I'm guessing that someone as ignorant as you are would wonder pretty much everything.

It looks like you're having no problem being racist as fuck. I fail to see what your issue is? Everyone's welcome to be as racist as they like, they just open themselves up to complete and utter scorn for doing so. You've been there for years, I'm guessing. If you're wanting society's acquiescence in your

NO SHIT. White people aren't facing a cultural legacy defined in part by centuries of brutal oppression including institutionalized race based slavery, murder, second-class citizenry and mass incarceration. Sorry, Jim, but that's just a truth of the fucking world. Unless you're a complete and utter contrarian dolt

I feel like I just opened a time capsule to 2008.

Shouldn't ESPN ENCOURAGE Stephen A Smith to speak in that way? Wouldn't it amplify the barely submerged race baiting undertaken by Skip Bayless and Colin Cowherd every goddamn day?

We know that you just want to be able to refer to black people how you'd like to without consequence. Let it out, Jimmy.

You win the word salad award. Bonus points for having the wrong website!

This is a no-brainer. They already use a smaller, lighter ball. They should knock the rim down a full foot and make the dimensions of the court smaller. That would all serve to make women's basketball move at a pace similar to men's.

Probably a bit harsh. My apologies if what I was saying wasn't clear. I just think that if everyone was dealing with a foam dome instead of a cool looking shiny plastic helmet you'd see a change in the culture. Would people still lead with their heads? Probably. But you'd no longer see defenders diving into plays

Every single one of those players except Marty Barrett had a damn fine career that Delmon Young would kill for. Adam Kennedy was a ++ defender and hit .312 in 2002. Gaetti had multiple seasons of 30+ HR and 100+ RBIs and was a 4X gold glove winner. Grissom won 4 gold gloves and stole 50+ bases three times. In '93

Dude. I've played and watched so goddamn much football. I can name 25 concussions off the top of my head starting with RGIII's in week 5 that are due entirely to being blasted with a hard plastic helmet in the head.

This article is merely saying that Delmon Young is the worst player to ever win the ALCS MVP. And he is. Peep the list: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/League_Championship_Series_Most_Valuable_Player_Award

Well, if Delmon Young has the worst career WAR of anyone to ever win an ALCS MVP award, the article isn't pointless, it does EXACTLY what the title says it's going to do. The World Series MVP has absolutely nothing to do with the ALCS MVP, btw.

When did Joe Morgan start posting on Deadspin?

Did you REALLY just comprehend that that's EXACTLY what I've been talking about for the entirety of this thread? I've honestly never seen someone type more about nothing in the history of the internet.
