Oh, thats completely true. It's unacceptable to start this kind of thing on Twitter, they shouldve spoken to the reporter before, and tried to figure out what was going on. Especially because at this point it seems like they were both half wrong, and neither really screwed up IIRC.

Cars have had computers that (rarely) malfunction in them for a long time. This just adds a little bit on to that, I wouldn't expect them to start failing any more than the mechanical ones.

The Canadian rules are clear on this though, if she was on the right side, she DOES have the right of way, but being Canadian, you'd expect her to let the truck go.
