I used to drive a 2017 with the 6 speed transmission, and it often felt the same way. I think it’s just time required to downshift with these trucks.

I had a 2017 with a column shift, I’m pretty sure they’re still available for the bench seat optioned trucks.
Looks like tack, the tar that gets used between asphalt layers. Could easily have spilled out of a truck onto the roadway, and it coats tires just like that.
They were saying in that states in can’t be, further in the article it explains this.
One near where I live goes across the Atlantic.. Construction took place nearby, and they were told the damages would be $1 million per minute the line was down...
Really it’s about half and half, with a strong base you can really minimize the deformation, but never completely remove it.
Where I live they create synthetic aggregates out of it. The asphalt mixes that involve rubberized material all require much higher temps than usual, and the smell is not pleasant. The paving crews I work with refused to use it after one day of testing.
That isn’t going to happen, all DOTs want less joints in the road, and I can’t even imagine the nightmare at the asphalt plant if the mix is changing up based on the location along the road.
The donair! From Halifax, Nova Scotia. Spiced beef, tomatoes, onions and donair sauce (sweet sauce, you don’t want to know what’s in it) wrapped in a pita. Perfect for soaking up alcohol after a night out.
People use it for sure, but that doesn’t make it legal. Each provinces governing body actively pursues people using the title without being licensed.
This is why it’s a protected term in Canada. Outside of people with an engineering degree, and a P.Eng (Professional Engineer designation), the only people who can call themselves engineers are the combat engineers of our military, and actual train engineers.
Absolutely zero rust on it! A new frame was put in, all of the rust was cut out of the body and I have a few spots to paint. It’s crazy because where I am (Nova Scotia) you usually can’t even buy a vehicle that old without holes throughout the body from rust.
.. I may have just bought an old TJ, now I’m broke.
Well that’s the thing, on the new devices they can already handle themselves quite well, the speed is actually limited by the animations for most tasks. On older devices however, optimizing the software made a difference.
The 9.3 beta actually sped up most devices, by a significant amount. I’m hoping the GM is the same.
Really? You don’t do under 2.5 inches? Our min is based on two times the largest aggregate size in the mix. So a 1/2” mix here we would use minimum of 1” lifts. Usually is 2”, but drag coats and such will be thinner.
Pretty much all marshall here I’m pretty sure. I haven’t been in the lab working with that at all this year though. And here, we don’t use diesel at all anymore.. We have this chemical that smells like oranges that works pretty well.
Oh for sure, my boots are completely waterproof from the tack on em now. Only problem we ever have is the rubber tire roller not having his tires hot enough, pulls asphalt up.
Those tires look like they have fresh tack (liquid asphalt cement) on them as well.
If you look around online, magnetic ones are very cheap, and will last forever.
