Adam playing the love cue was a cute reveal... But it is unrealistic when he says he sucks at guitar and then suddenly demonstrates that A) he can play quite well and B) he knows a thing about writing music, too.

I’m torn about how I feel that the show only introduced Adam now...
On the one hand, yes, Jane’s almost-marriage is a huge deal (basically classifies as being left at the altar, which, as television has shown us, can be rather scarring), and the engagement feels like a decision that is essentially out of character for…
Just something I noticed: Adam’s decor in Jane’s old apartment looked a lot different than the look of his current apartment. Not a huge deal, but it threw me off: the two spaces felt like they belonged to two very different characters.
Agree about the narrators; I was laughing every time they were arguing. And you’re right, it did help me get surprisingly invested in Adam quickly as a character. Perhaps the schtick could get old in the future if it remains as over-the-top as it was in this episode, so perhaps they could tone it down just a little,…
Just to echo: Cheryl strutting into the hospital and flipping her hair was just *kiss* iconic Riverdale. Welcome back, show!
ICONIC. Who does that in a hospital and gets away with it?
I agree with this review: the sentiments, both sweet and sad, were all there and tugging away at my heartstrings, and I was all for it; but there were definitely a lot of storylines, some of which deserved more attention (more Deja! Also, Jack and Rebecca’s relationship has become so interesting, I really love their…

I didn’t find last week’s premiere super memorable, but this week’s episode was hilarious! I laughed the most when Carol started serenading Katie and Greg and Katie’s “Beep beep boop bop beep boop boop why are you calling my mom?!” Overall, so many amazing jokes and performances, and I enjoyed the storylines more.
I found most of the humor to be on-point this week; I liked Jody’s different flasks talking, Anna, Jeremy, and Peter had some great lines (“Get off the stage!”) (“I’m ‘A Star is Born’-ing!”) (“Let me stroke about it...”), and Mindy was her usual hilarious, messy self.

Totally agree with this review: I was into most of it (the complicated Kat-and-Adena relationship was sweet to see again, and I liked seeing Jane confront her fears with both her job and Ryan), but the Alex and Alex-and-Sutton material were so weak. Last week I was looking forward to some business conflict regarding…
I agree about a lot of things in this episode just ringing untrue: Kat being that insane to spend $11K, too many cabs, and being stuck in a building (I think in New York, any large office building will have more than one way to exit). Most of all of these points existed to, I think, create drama for the sake of drama…
Wow this site redesign is...reductive. Can’t say I like it.
