I had to use my usb win 8.1 to boot up after installing windows 10. Windows 10 didn’t finish loading ever. So I’m in that usb boot up, what now? Can I reinstall Windows 8 from here? I wasn’t there to see any message after it started, so it looks like the regular Windows 10. Very confused now.
