I think I do, ben6835 was aping something he mistakenly thought a great artist did. Magritte painted a man with an apple in front of his face so he just mindlessly copied that and like a child with a paper doll randomly combined kitsch images and things associated with them.

In "The Son of Man" Magritte was interested in showing how things can be visible but hidden. The man's face is hidden by the apple but we can still see it at the edges. This sets up a tension in the viewer. The face is there but you can't see it. It is a reference to the unconscious. A part of ourselves that is there…
