I was kinda hoping Laurel was going to drink that bottle of alcohol and I might have been a little disappointed when she started pouring it out. Does that make me a bad person? (Probably)

Oliver did what Malcolm wanted him to do on Lian Yu and proved tonight he's still a killer. RIP satellite phone.
1). Because Oliver is dumb when it comes to trusting Malcolm.
2). That's it.
Yeah that was an awful photo. He looked sinister and badly failed at trying to look smug.
This entire exchange between you and Bonan, hilarious. +1 million
I mean, I'll never understand the initial reasoning Arrow gave for Thea trusting/teaming up with Malcolm, but at least they're finally giving her a legit reason to not trust him.
Well, you are homeless. Gotta do what you gotta do to survive, Homeless Ollie.
"Oliver, don't let anyone know you're back in Starling City."
"OK, I'll just kill this drug dealer at a big party where friends and family are at and then I'll toss him over the railing. And then I'm going to hang out at the scene while police investigate the murder."
Sorry Oliver, you don't get to throw a hissy fit about Malcolm Merlyn releasing Slade on the island after YOU went to him for help against the advice of your friends. Gotta sleep in the bed you made.
That final scene between Det. Lance and Laurel might've been my favorite of the episode. Laurel really gets to see how much her secrecy devastated her father and nearly caused him to relapse.
Laurel did have some marks on her face from the fight afterwards. They just didn't stand out as much because her bangs covered it up a little bit. That's what I saw at least.
Valid point.
If anything, Sara is more interesting and compelling because we still don't know a ton about her. Like how she got so entrenched with the League of Assassins, etc. I hope they follow through with an episode about her time with the LoA. Her chemistry with Oliver was a lot better too.
I'd like to see her ask Oliver about it since she's apparently done a 180 and doesn't trust Malcolm now, which would thus discredit things he's told her.
Hey, they can't eliminate all of the illogical storytelling in one episode! But yeah, Thea not asking at any point why Ra's al Ghul is after her … rightttt.
At this point, I refuse to believe Det. Lance doesn't know Oliver is Arrow. He figured out Roy is Arsenal and put 2+2 together that Laurel was the new Canary. I can't believe he's that dumb.
That Thea was the one who killed Sara. But Laurel doesn't even know that yet if I'm keeping my who knows what straight.
Not sure what's harder to believe: that Thea would be able to detect the smell of arsenic in her wine based off a story her dad told her or that she was able to hold her own for more than two seconds against DJ Dummy and his League of Assassins experience.
I was bracing myself for Laurel to take advantage of Quentin giving her an out when he speculated that she'd been filling in Canary. Glad to be pleasantly surprised that she *finally* told him the truth.
I'm pretending that the password to get into the basement was 1111, just to make it even more unbelievable.
