I’m not questioning Rare’s choice to put in the N64 edition of Conker. Having played both versions, I’ll put the graphical upheaval of the Xbox version aside for the N64 edition any day. Needlessy censored dialogue and the elimination of split screen multiplayer for dedicated online play were the top offenders in a

Thanks. I noticed that only when it was too late. I’m not a huge fan of Kinja’s short editing window.

A heat gun will do the trick. Blow dryers won’t reach the desired temp you need to glue the strip back on.

True. I don’t think this console was developed with the intention of lasting this long. Thankfully, you can reinforce the adhesion by applying hot air to the ribbons.

That GOD DAMN MEDALLION.

Funny, I was playing Wario Land right before I saw this article.

Pedantry is often best avoided in a memorial article.

“Oh no, I’m straight. As long as I keep taking these shots!”

I was playing this game less than two hours ago. There’s nothing I love more to do on this day than blow up nameless invaders as the fucking American president piloting a Gundam.

I know where this is going.

Making all the more sense if he suddenly appeared in Gotham in a heroin-induced stupor, stealing Batmobiles and ramming them into skyscapers.

What the hell, was the Batmobile delivered by Alfed or Woodhouse?

No, Australia’s a terrible place because a game store’s killer app for the gauchest sale ever is a $140 Nintendo DS. May I never have to live in such a horrible place.

Screw that, cocaine isn't tolerable until it's mixed with gun powder.

Do yourself a service and buy Call of Juarez: Gunslinger. I’ve ranted on about how great this game is before but to sum it up: The combat is fluid and easy to pick up/difficult to master. The collectibles offer well researched insight on major landmarks, events, and people in 19th century midwestern America. The story

Holy shit, I’m mincing my words. In truth, the new employee was Noah Falstein and he was 26. Not as legendary but just as old.

Aegism is not a new concept in the gaming industry. Tim Schafer was nearly passed up when he applied for his first major job at Lucasfilm Games because he was at the ripe old age of twenty eight.

It’s a great case of to each their own. I can’t rationalize spending over $30-$40 on an action figure and yet I’ll drop hundreds on video games and consoles.

Yeah. I think the company was called Joyride Studios or something. Those were great. I spent so much birthday and Christmas money on those things.

I still think the original 12” Spartains were the best figures. They were more durable than the later figures, posable, and there was a huge variety of armor and weapons. They were the coolest toys to play with as a kid.
