Yeah, I guess I just assumed that Sisko's trip wouldn't really change anything without Cardassian confirmation of the crash site, since he only proved the trip was possible, not that it happened. But after further consideration, I guess that would ultimately be a meaningless distinction.

Yeah, it opens with that close shot of Lawrence's chest and then proceeds to her rattling off a litany of NFL teams, games and scores, seemingly to impress a looks-right-out-of-Meet-the-Parents DeNiro, while neglecting the whole mental disorder angle pretty much completely.
