Yes, the link has been repaired.  As alluded to below, it had a zodiac dot avclub dot com link instead of a www dot avclub dot com one, which was easily remedied in the address bar by a fairly savvy user, but I figured Zack would want to fix it anyway.

It would definitely be a new level for Raylan and his anger, but I'm not sure I would classify it as entirely OUT of character.  Which is why I'm kinda surprised Yost & Co. elected not to explicitly tell the audience which was the case.  I suppose you're right, though: the safer money is probably on an empty gun.
