for the record - Nissan/ESM went ran 1-2 at the 6 hrs @ The Glen this year, as well as 2nd at Long Beach, and 3rd at Road America, and currently sits 2nd (out of 3) in DPi constructors points. A far cry from their lackluster WEC/LMP1 efforts.

Yep! With how secretive about the race car, this seems pretty certain to me. I think I hard during the IMSA long beach broadcast that customer teams have shown a wild amount of interest in the mid engine package, for obvious reasons.

They aired a ‘fuck’ coming from Vergne’s radio while he was stuck behind d’Ambrosio, apparently frustrated at how hard it was to pass today... some parts of the track looked as tight as Monaco. Very good race to watch still, Formula E is coming into its own.
