as far as I can find, Portland just acquired Roberts. They were below the league minimum salary, Miami was over the cap. I think Miami still pays tax, but much less, and Portland apparently meets the league minimum. It also gives them a true veteran bench PG, which hopefully will allow McCollum to stay in at SG deep…
