probably. As a Bend resident I don’t spend too much time driving in Portland, on purpose.
we have some bad ones, but I’ve always felt that Washington’s are much worse.
Been there, done that. The best I had, last time I drove to Boise, east of burns I got behind what I assume was an off-duty Malheur County officer in a F350, who was doing 75-80 in most areas. SOMETIMES you get lucky. sometimes.

The Porsche dealer has one in this separate building they call ‘Club Carrera’, which is a fancy name for where fancy people store their fancy cars. A yacht club for car people.
Came for the Escudo Pike’s Peak; Was not disappointed.

I think the bigger problem here is that the NHTSA doesn’t run the small overlap test, something closer to a real-world scenario....
