in my experience its fairly easy to do in any hybrid or electric, due to the high torque output, and the fact that most abs (traction control) systems are fairly easy to disable with a fuse or relay pull here and/or there, and the low rolling resistance tires they come equipped with. aside from the Pilot and (partially)Brodozer, I dont much agree with this article. It should be renamed "the top ten cars things we hate on", which, in my opinion, is wrong. see: Speedhunters.
