Let’s make this very clear-

It says Scott Pilgrim on the package - no one enjoys having the old switcheroo on the main protagonist. That’s 101 stuff, guys

I can promise you that, if they’d advertised the twist, there’d be a ton of people complaining that “Boy, I wish THAT hadn’t been spoiled in the trailer!”

This is a hilarious instance to get upset about what you’re claiming though. Scott Pilgrim vs. the World is already a deliberate attack on the straight white male protagonist. Scott Pilgrim is not a likable character (that was a big part of why I had mixed feelings about the movie). The point is that he’s a selfish

The original series was about a guy fighting his girlfriends seven evil ex boyfriends who were all given the personalities of pop culture archetypes in video gamesesque battles.

I’m sorry, have you played a DnD campaign before? The player characters are absolutely the main characters who are the center of the world attention. After all, the story literally only exist because of them.

Yeah, that stood out to me.  It’s not about you Kirkman.

I don’t know, univocal, simple-minded ‘morals’ are for fables. This episode is most obviously an allegory for the thorny issues around the consumption of animals, but since the spaghetti comes from people, it can also be seen as an allegory for how making consumable goods more easily available often goes along with

It's a very difficult power to film correctly. You need a talented martial artist to play the character and a really good stunt choreographer that can work in multiple styles that actually look different to the average TV viewer.  Then you need writers to actually include it as part of the story.

Yeah, some directors are brands unto themselves.   James Cameron.   Even, hate to say it, Micheal Bay --love him or hate him you KNOW exactly what you are getting from one of his movies.

I don’t hate this idea, and here’s why: in spite of Lucas claiming he had everything figured out before he shot a single frame in 1976, it’s obvious he was making 99% of it up as he went along, including pretty big plot points (Leia being Luke’s sister is a pretty big one). Now that the original 9-film saga is done,

My head canon was that the gloom that rusted all of the weapons, and shattered the Master Sword, destroyed all the Sheikah tech instantly. Ganondorf used his vast power to destroy that which could hurt him the most. It's not that hard Nintendo. Could've even done an animation of the Divine Beasts melting, really raise

Tech dude here. I can’t make art and can’t wrap my head around the need to make art. I do not have that innate compulsion to create something with nothing but a vision and anything that I do create when I try comes out dry and soulless. That lack of understanding inherently makes me appreciate art and artist for the

Because they’re not artists. They’re tech dudes who think they can take something squishy and messy like art and recreate it with cold engineering. They don’t actually understand what art is, why people make it, or why people appreciate it.

Irish person here , yeah Cait Sith is scots Gaelic , but its fairly close to Irish Gaelic as well .

Hope this helps!

She could absolutely be your typical toxic gamer given the last paragraph in this article

So there are three thoughts to this:

I’m not a Guild writer, and I definitely haven’t been without work for five months, but it seems like they maybe should have held out for streaming residuals.

2 Galaxies in the same universe would have the same rules of physics.
