What does that mean? His head was perfectly round?

It’s from infancy. When you’re born your skull is made of separate plates which only fuse together after a few months or whatever. That’s why babies have a “soft spot” on the top of their heads you’re not supposed to touch: it’s basically where the skull plates haven’t fused together yet and there’s a gap. Babies are

I would honestly be so happy with the MCU having one Spider-Man and the SUMC having the other. Sony can stop trying to shoe-horn MCU shit into their stuff, but crossovers can still happen when the studios agree.

Tolkien literally had a race literally called the Black Númenóreans. They lived to the South in a place called Umbar. Three of the nine Nazgûl were Black Númenóreans. The Black Númenóreans went on to join with the Haradrim, who were explicitly brown-skinned, came from even further South, and rode Mûmakil

In this particular case the canon that Tolkien established around the black people in his world was so problematic that it did, in fact, need to be improved.

Well, it's certainly better than how Tolkien depicted black people in his books.

Oh yeah, no, don’t touch the NES version

Seemed fine to me

Games which could hypothetically be in Vol 2:

You yourself felt the need to differentiate, though.

You LITERALLY just had to specify “Mortal Kombat (2011]” and “Mortal Kombat (1993)“ in order to differentiate the two. Most fans say MK1 and MK9 due to the fact that the game that came after the one you call “Mortal Kombat (2011]“ was MKX AKA MK10. Just like fans are likely to ignore this title and call the game MK12.

The good news is that that frees up that space for indie devs to fill.

Mortal Kombat 2: Electric Boogaloo

Mortal Kombat 2: Mortal-er Kombat

Personally I would have given this whole timeline its own modified title, for instance “Extreme Mortal Kombat” or whatever, and then the sequel could be called "Extreme Mortal Kombat 2" etc. Then it becomes very easy to understand how all these games relate to each other.

2 Mortal 2 Kombat

I’m not mad about anything; all I did was ask a rhetorical question. Interpreting that as anger says more about your emotional state than mine. But you’re right: the fifth, sixth and seventh MK games had subtitles. And maybe the game after this one will have one, too. But if the next game after this has a subtitle,

And what are they gonna call the inevitable sequel?

Did... did you just suggest the assassination of a politician?

I agree, but in the defence of the streaming services, there is a certain amount of dodginess to the fact that D&D has black-skinned “dark” elves who are a civilization of evil CHUDs... and also light-skinned “normal” elves.
