However if they get told the name of the project and it’s big, they can negotiate extra money for no extra work. Yeah, that’s what I’m seeing this as. You’re not going to get the “casual grandparents and seven-year-olds” market looking up announcement videos on Kotaku (although exceptions exist), so targeting them with the marketing machine’s opening salvo is a waste of time.
