I was watching something on TV and they focused on Drew’s first appearance on Johnny Carson. She loses her balance coming on to the set. It was revealed that her mother had given her a drink to “calm” her before the show. She was so young, so small. Appeared just after ET was released.

Ok. I think that Sara Haines on The View had this done as well. Her face has become very angular and I couldn't quite figure out why. Her pleasant looking face has been whittled down and this may be why.
