Dr. Mom here 😁 When I read that it made you feel normal, I remember the BEST antidepressant I ever took. It worked wonders on my ADHD as well. It is an old fashioned tricyclic antidepressant generic name Imipramine.

I think it's sort of fascinating how these affect people so differently. Zoloft definitely slowed me down but it removed the seventh ring of Hades depression I was born with. Best wishes on trying something new!

I tried Lexapro before settling on Zoloft. I remained depressed in an induced manic state. It was not pretty.
