The decorations and decor have no soul. They aren't ugly or objectionable, they just don't elicit the warmth and feelings that we associate with family and the holidays. Well believe it or not Dr. Phil devoted an hour to this last week. And the show was actually very informative. 

Friends of mine hosted Princess Margaret and Lord Snowden when they traveled to Lake Powell and Page, Arizona. And knowing my friend's mother, I KNOW she gave as good as Margaret could. The documentary about Margaret included footage of their trip.

My mother’s cancer appeared soon after my father died. Same with my suspicious findings. I am convinced that there is a link. I hope your mom is okay after surgery.
