Not to sound grandiose or mimic the beliefs of religious centrists, but we (and by ‘we’ I mean life with sentience, either on earth or light years away) are the most powerful force in the universe. Even though we are awed by the incomprehensible power of a black hole and can barely wrap our heads around the nature of

Pictures from Curiosity really freak me out. THAT SHIT IS ON ANOTHER FUCKING PLANET

The problem is that the pillow factory is nestled between the Lego factory and the Cactus Emporium so you have to be pretty precise.

Agreed. A billion people in need out there and they’re looking for donations for thrill-seeking? :(

Yeah, you know it seems like when you do something like this, you accept certain risks, meaning you accept the consequences of those risks as well.

“If you want to help contribute to his hospital bills”

“he was a camp villain who couldn’t menace his way out of a paper bag.”

No, it’s a point you didn’t like. It was actually incredibly well written as it made sense. He wants to be evil but he’s naturally “not”. He doesn’t look scary or intimidating so he hides it behind a mask. He’s young, untrained, and emotional. Every character trait he has is backed by a logical story point. You just

Compare him to the very first time we see Vader, how he instantly establishes his badass credibility the second he steps on the blockade runner. This guy? He had no teeth whatsoever.

That is the *point*, as everyone else keeps telling you. He’s a kid aspiring to evil greatness but does not have the chops for it. It’s evident in the tantrums, it’s evident in the stompy boots, it’s evident in the cape - he’s signature Star Wars badass and he’s trying to do it all on purpose to convey something that

It’s strange, I’ve heard this argument before, and I understand the logic, but to me it makes him a terrifying villain. The fact that he is so unhinged, so lacking in any sort of compass and so ready to lash out and destroy anything, but at the same time very skilled and powerful, makes him unpredictable and therefore

I feel like you didn’t get the point of Kylo Ren...

I think that was entirely the point. Adam Driver has an absurdly youthful face instead of there being some sort of dessicated monster under the mask. One of the themes of that all the movies explored was the physical disfigurement that went along with the corruption of a person’s spirit.

No its what makes him a rather great villian. He’s insanely flawed, it gives him room to grow too. He’s essentially a child that hasn’t been trained yet.
