Much of what makes a care reliable or not has a lot to do with the types of people who buy them. Cheap “disposable” cars tend to be purchased by those who couldn’t give a damn about maintenance, often driving them into the ground and then complaining the car was a POS. I’ve owned a few of those “disposable” cars over

Now that Andrew is leaving I’m 1 Torchinsky and 1 Tracy away from never visiting this site again

This...

What? How can this be? Kristen, you are one of the most original, gifted, and wealthy writers for Jalopnik, or any car or other site, anwhere, period. Don’t go, BUY the damned site!

I really wanted a Chery, CP on this rebranded CUV

You’re asking the wrong question. You should be asking why people leave cash and credit cards inside of a car that they are not presently occupying. Most times they won’t even take cupholder change, they want easy and quick and obvious.

Because replacing a window glass is more expensive than anything I keep in the car.

My Guess is a Pickup, look at the windshield which is hard to modify, that and sheer size

That IS a good deal - especially since the connectors are stainless and not plastic. Water pressure is not something to mess around with. My first bidet attachment “popped” the plastic feeder hoses. I agree, one should not have to know about a feature that you may use once in a decade. F this. This is a stupid design. Door handles should open doors end of story.

I’m all for reading manuals to get familiar with all the features, but this seems like a basic enough function that ought to have had a more intuitive design. Would it have been too much to ask during the design phase that the release mechanism be placed on the door instead? I suppose the lever isn’t hidden per se,

I’d go a step further. Unless invited to do so, don’t touch other people’s stuff. How the F were these people raised, that they think it’s fine?

This is good Jalopnik: finding rare cars, and meeting nice car enthusiasts, while on a long road trip.

David Tracy was excited by that yellow Mini based on appearance. Finding out it was rustproof fiberglass was a crushing disappointment.

If anyone is interested in one of these weird Minis, one has been for sale on LA’s Craigslist for months. Here’s the link:

Because it’s “meh”.  It’s not your fault, it’s the car’s.

I can’t place why...but I can conjure no feelings at all for this car. Not good, not bad just; Hey...there’s that thing.
