@Crisss1205: No, they are hosted by google. It's basically unheard of but freakin' sweet service they offer. I bought a domain and forward all of my traffic to the google servers who host for free.

@CodyChat: Just be glad I am such a nice guy. (hint: follow the source to the higher resolutions next time)

@Bramsey89: +1 for civilized internet communities! Hit me up anytime.

@SolentMojo: Really? Did you REALLY just bring up nasty politics from this?

@Iceman B.: Thanks for the info. I didn't see anything in the story about it not being global yet either. :(

@rashad123us: False advertising. They released a phone using their naming scheme of #"G" such as 3g, 4g etc. But they released the 4g (phone) at the same time that the fourth generation of cellular wireless standards were coming about (4g). Idk, it seems silly they would release it at the same time.

Maintstream-O-Meter site no longer works. All links on it are dead.

@sahilm: same, I use google reader with Lifehacker and Gizmodo. I just removed gizmodo though because most of their posts are pretty crappy and usually are reposts of the best lifehacker articles.

@natrinicle: Ahh, that makes sense. I pictured you going from a podunk town to a big metropolis to just work.

@x219c: Just google for the guides, it was a pretty pain free experience for me. The only thing I use it for is the "Wireless Tether for Root Users" app. My friends at school love it since there is no wifi there, they just hook up to my phone and browse to their hearts content.

@Conn09: It's because the UK is a police state. I'm in the US and we're heading in that direction too.

@morrob: If i could promote this, I so would.

@Borborygm: Blackberry = invulnerable?

@Memnon: Have the smartphones always been there?

@shle896: I upgraded my evo's battery from a 1500mah to a 3500mah battery and it has effectively doubled my battery life. It adds thickness to the phone, but not much weight. I can browse the web/stream music for about 5-6 hours before my battery dies.

@natrinicle: I think movies are the least of your worries. If I were you I would be looking at places ~2.5 hours closer to work.
