I went to school in the midwest. I remember one talent show incident where a quiet girl stepped on stage and started singing some Japanese song absolutely horribly. There was a wave of shocked laughter followed by everyone avoiding eye contact and then polite applause.

When cancellation seemed inevitable I gave up on the B and put all of my hope into Happy Endings. It was a Sophie's choice, and hopefully I picked the right kid

You could say that drugdealers have it worse than Walt and Jesse in Breaking Bad. I don't know why this is something so many people say because most people have it worse than characters on TV.

At least they're trying to be creative? I don't see how the concept could sustain a whole season (hell, cheers had to leave the bar eventually, how can we except them to stay in the bar and never leave?)

I'm beginning to realize I only watch this show because of stasis. The characters, jokes, story lines all feel so trite it's getting harder to care.

The only thing I didn't like was everyone in the Office judging Andy for his ancestors. Oscar was treating it like Andy had a dead prostitute in the closet. Maybe Oscar's on a moral high horse to make himself feel better because of his affair with Angela's husband?
