The ruling was handed down after Palazuelo and his lawyer missed a March 24 court date.

That’s probably how the Haas guys are getting around right now.

The title of this is misleading. We haven’t had a new WRX (2021) at the dealership I work at for 7 months. So yes, sales are down. Duh. It’s not an indication of how the new one will sell.

Seriously? The old WRX went out of production in late 2021 and there were virtually no cars available anywhere in the country for the entire first quarter of 2022, hence no sales.

Left rear looks 1.5 psi off. Dealership used an Analog gauge.

In the amount of time it would even take to have that meeting he made more money than those two dealerships make in a year.

That isn’t false advertising. They spell out the requirements in the ad.

Don’t mistake this as a defense of him, but I doubt he is more than tangentially aware that these dealerships even exists, much less sets or even guides their policies. He and Berkshire Hathaway push holdings around so much as a portfolio shifting exercise that I doubt you can even get from the highest person in the

Wait...you are telling me this happened at a Nissan dealer? No way!🤣

Poor wording, I believe the crux of it is the dealer wouldn't sell the car without the add ons, making the low price false advertising.

I can't wait for dealers to become obsolete. One of the things Tesla has done right is showing that they're just not nessecary

Just go after them with full maritime law then. I assume fire suppression, crew training, emergency measures, etc. are not up to snuff.

Some people think that the rich had to commit crimes to get that way, and taxation is a just punishment.

The casino boat I worked at briefly in college had to fire up the engines and move once per year to remain legally a boat. While this was a river boat and in a different state, it was still a boat who’s entire existing was a legal loophole.

As much as I often complain about the tactics of the rich in avoiding and at times outright evading taxes with impunity I am completely with the boat owner here.

I don’t know where the myth of German trains being punctual comes from. Must have originated before my time.

People are just completely irrational about gas prices. You save $2 per gallon, so that’s what, like $20? Or $30 if you have a big car and your tank is almost completely empty? And according to Google Maps, Tijuana is 20 miles and 40 min away from San Diego, or 40 miles and 80 min round-trip. So you use 1.5 gallons on

I was on vacation there and wanted to ride the L just to say I rode the L. It broke down on my ride.

Having private contractors with a financial interest in your car failing inspection actually doing the inspection is a shitty way of inspecting.

I would place my bet on the best used Corolla I could get for the same money, were I in that situation. Cockroaches would still be driving it after WWIII.
