That law is almost identical to the one we have in CA, including the exception in furnishing alcohol to minors.

I don’t know what the law is in FL, but CA’s dram shop law explicitly says you can’t hold establishments liable (in civil cases) for actions their customers take. There are a couple of exceptions - serving minors is one of them.

Local DA could bust them on a misdemeanor over-serving charge. That’s it. 

I’m fairly sure the E-Jet doesn’t have a fuel dump capability.

Both CityJet and Interjet have reported relatively poor dispatch reliability (low 90s, last I read, which is atrocious). That doesn’t mean the plane “can only operate in Russia because it has a horrible safety record”, as the post I replied to said. As I understand it, a lot of the problems are supply-chain related.

Yeah, I thought about AC797 too. Passengers at the back of the plane didn’t make it out - which is probably what happened here. 

Not the case. The aircraft has been certified by European authorities, and flew for several years with a European airline.

LLVs are surprisingly hard to come by on the private market. I’ve looked several times over the past several years out of pure curiosity and I’ve never seen one.
