I’ve never understood why the POTUS’ limo doesn’t carry USFG plates like every other federal vehicle.

Freight forwarders will ship cargo on a variety of airlines for several different reasons. Not uncommon for cargo to be shipped across multiple airlines.

Nothing nefarious as to why it stopped in Belgrade... That’s where the plane was going.

There’s no need for three engines (engines today are more powerful, much more efficient, and quieter). Servicing a no. 3 engine isn’t a cheap proposition, either.

It’s currently owned by some Libyan outfit, Kallat El Saker Airlines, which I’ve never heard of.
