It really is a great looking game. I picked it up for $10 on clearance at Toy r us, very happy I did. I knew nothing about before then, needless to say I was pleasantly surprised when I booted it up.

Although they haven't specifically talked about voice chat they said all the features from the other versions made it to Wii u. Wii u is is the only version running in 1080p @ 60fps and that offers local play on multiple screens.

I glad you ignored the other third party games that look just as good or better than then the versions other systems. Batman is bad port that was sourced out, it wasn't made by Rocksteady. Maybe a better indication is the fact that Black ops 2 runs in full 1080p at 60fps, I don't see either of the other consoles…

How is the Wii U late in this generation? It is the start of a new generation and is right on time with Nintendos past console cycles.

If you buy something and put it the closet a month after purchase you probably didn't research it properly. Even when I didn't use my Wii or xbox I still left it hooked up, just seems stupid to put soothing new in the closet because your not using all the time. It baffles me that this isn't the route Nintendo went. With near universal praise of the GameCube controller the inevitable GC games on the VC it seems a no brainier. Maybe a third party will make it happen.

What about Bayonetta 2, Wonderful 101, Rayman Legends, Zombie U, and Monster Hunter? All non Nintendo franchises only available on Wii U. Do some research before spouting nonsense. Nintendo has knocked the launch out of the park and you call it barren wow.

In my opinion yes, sorry you asked. I pre-orderd the Black deluxe package it just seems like the better deal. For the extra $50 you get 32GB SSD over the 8Gb, Nintendoland, enrollment in an exclusive rewards program, the charge cradle for the controller, and the two stands. Not a bad deal and the black looks sleek.

Maybe he hasn't played it. Not to mention most Monster hunter fans I know would love an experience that they can play at home with friend's on the go with friend's.

Going off the 3ds Nintendo seems to have learnt its lesson but I'm sure in time it will.

Please don't qote Pete Townsend while insulting Nintendo I love both to much to be used against each other. But seriously you can hook up any third party storage solution which in the end is cheaper than Microsofts solution. The 32gig is more of a starting point.
