I’m old enough to remember when this was called Ghost Riding.

The trap nerf was warranted. 75 is good for how concealable those traps can be. Community outcry from that nerf only really occurred due to the fact that a challenge to eliminate a player with a trap came out the same week as the patch that nerfed them, meaning folks were ranting about how difficult it was (when it

My take on this is that it’s just a painful phase for balance and we’ll all get through it just fine in a few weeks. Look at how damage traps (spikes that can be placed around blind corners and above entryways to houses) had their damage dropped from 125 to 75 and now they’re back up to a devastating 150. They’ve

Coming from PUBG I’ve tried to win games of Fortnite with as little building as possible as I just don’t find it fun to do so this is welcome news for me if I can destroy other people’s bases a bit easier than before.

Adapt and survive.

If it’s a good compromise no one is happy.

It may just be because of my familiarity with Norse myth but I guessed it the moment they said not all giants are “giant”. I literally said to myself “Oh, then Faye was definitely a giant and he’s probably Loki.”

A fightstick is 100% personal preference. Many top players use a controller.

I’m confused now. Doesn’t PS4 allow for usb mouse and keyboards in the first place? I use it when i play FFXIV ( i don’t play Fortnite at all) and it works perfectly. I don’t understand why it would be considered cheating if everyone can use it. Or does Epic say it’s not allowed for the tournaments? I mean is it

Exactly... These ignorant people and pathetic fanboys are all butthurt and can’t get over the fact that this person defeated xxxxx streamer.

“I had the Destiny community at my side”

Epic invalidated all those points to my satisfaction. I am not convinced about the cheating allegations even slightly.

You can’t grind gears when there’s none to be found.

Eh. Ninja’s sub-base I would reckon is 60% children using their parents amazon prime. That’s not a dig at him, just the reality of Fortnite’s audience.

You also didn’t suggest that a thousand monkeys at keyboards wrote the code. There’s a million things you didn’t suggest. You could have easily pointed out both facts about the engine and net code, but then you wouldn’t been able to tell somebody how worthless they are compared to you.

A game engine is like a car engine—it’s the most critical component that drives all others, but implementation can vary drastically. Two cars can share the same engine, but one car could still be way easier to break into and steal than the other.

My father owned a Chrysler-Plymouth dealership in the late 1970s (not the best time to own a Chrysler store). He had regular shipments of cars that came in with Volare on one fender and Aspen on the other. Even the people who made them couldn’t tell an Aspen from a Volare, probably because they didn’t care.

He’s not wrong. See this:

As the former owner - and fan of - the timeless classic that is the Dodge Aspen, just let me say that I would rock the hell out of a Volaré.

I owned the “hottest” version of the Volare/Aspen, the Super Coupe. Police Interceptor 360 V8 and suspension only meant awful steering, awful handling, built like it was made out of styrofoam Legos, and slower than a new Yaris. (And not the Mazda-built Yaris)
