That’s not how tax credits work. Its not other people’s money, it’s your own money that you get to keep. If your tax burden is less than the credit, you don’t get other people’s money, the credit goes unclaimed.
That’s true, and they weren’t bullied, or made fun of.
They are selling cars to a small (tiny) niche - wealthy, young(ish), tech savvy people. The car market is big enough that there’s room for this niche player (they delivered less than 80,000 vehicles last year) but it’s not clear they will thrive as something closer to a mass market brand.

Well that's an EVA suit, not a flight suit (which is what SpaceX is designing). Different look due to different constraints, functionality, etc.
its very out dated, bulky, and could have lots of improvements as far as including a HUD, AR camera teck, being more compact, giving more dexterity (especially in the gloves). as well as other improvements such as modual attachments (such as in suit replaceable air packs) , wireless charging, AR HUD, AI, and many more…
It’s a different approach but it isn’t a bad approach.
On the other hand, forcing style over function necessitates delving into new ideas and new approaches to solving the same technical hurdles in ways that a function-first design likely wouldn’t.
