This is a terrible approach to a hand-shake. If someone did this to me, I would simply grab onto the entire hand. At that point they would realize the error in their ways and/or they might just regret meeting me.

With both Men and Women, I usually try to gauge what it will be like based on their personality, or if you just met them, their presence/posture.

I think the point was that you have lots of them stored for use.
Anyway, I just have a load of rubber bands on the pantry handle. A variety of sizes to fit any bag. I make sure to do a good job of folding down the top, then I put the rubber band over the entire bag, holding the rolled top into place.

I'm just suggesting that the same people that hijack religion for the purpose of controlling people would find other reasons.

I've never heard of that issue with fatty foods, but my point was that not as much fat actually gets stored inside you... I often wish that they would use different terms for the fat in food and the fat stored in the body. Perhaps blubber?
