The entire series opened with Chuck bound and gagged, getting cigarette burned and pissed on. It seemed important. I figured they'd have something interesting to say about power, dominance and desire, but they just kinda dropped it.

The direction is so flat, almost like porn. Show me an interesting shot or setup.
There are only two real characters, and both of them are basically archetypes. Wendy is little more than a personification of the validation that they're fighting over, and Axe's wife is basically just a means to show his life is good.
Same.
"You cannot give up on the gravy".
I don't see that Library doing well far into the future.
Oh, this is just super, coming from the DM. In fairness, I heard the bit about Westeros being messed up and malevolent, and to fear for their strike, but surmised the bit about a strong military. Could have as easily been "Listen to the Sealord" or "Eat your Wheaties", or just a ghost story involving a dwarf.
"None of them became wights when they died."
"Oh, that's great to hear!"
Don't forget archery from Anguy.
From play!Tyrion's monologue to the audience at the end in the background, it sounded like the moral of the play was, "Westeros is messed up and filled with violent would-be tyrants, and they may strike at us at any moment, so we'd better be ready with a strong military."
"A girl is not ready. A girl is actually kind of a c u next tuesday."
If anyone could be peeking at the Experts reviews, it's Tree Boy.
Only Stark can pay for Stark.
Don't people also tell you that you "should be" supporting Hillary? What's the difference?
The pornographic interludes were consistently straightforward and tasteful.
The problem with Season 4 may be that real life politics got way more dystopic and horrifying.
Here's what I hope. Although he took a pretty evil road to get the job, in Season 3, Underwood actually tried to be a "good president" that even wins elections. Now that his wife left him and his pet psychopath Stamper is back, I hope in *this* season we get to see him go full-on tyrant. Actually try to get the Senate…
I feel embarrassed like I should have gotten this, but…
Actually, it's about ethics in TV journalism.
