yeah, it occasionally gets hinted that The Other Guys are the fictional comics in whichever universe you are partaking. Actual namechecking them is rare, and I’m surprised Disney and Warners allowed that.

Phase four was mainly a regrouping and introducing new characters for those we lost, one way or another. Wakanda carries this theme of mourning the past, but looking to the future.
