I would say millions of people that moved from Myspace to Facebook would argue with that. Myspace had it, and FaceBook took it away. I will admit that it seems to be tougher for Google+is having a harder time for exactly the reason that you mentioned, but it is a far superior application in my opinion.

Our plant currently works a 4-10 schedule. We start at 6:00AM and work until 4:30PM Monday-Thursday. If we have overtime, we do that on Friday and still have a two day weekend and a larger paycheck! I wouldn't give it up for this company. I would have to get a substantial raise for it to be worth giving up...

I always just start answering any questions they ask aloud, and involve myself in their conversation. If they don't like it, hang up the phone and call back when you are in a private place. My wife goes nuts when I do this to strangers.
