I was a bit surprised that "A Death in Gaza" didn't make the list. It started as a documentary on the lives of children living in Gaza with some focus on martyrdom, but near the end of filming one of the filmmakers is shot and killed by an Israeli soldier. Maybe it wasn't as well known of a film though.
