Agreed. China wants to take over Hollywood. There's Chinese companies' logos at the start of a ton of US movies these days. They put a Hollywood actor in their silly monster movie. They're courting big actors. Trying to be legit. The controversy makes no sense.

I think its pretty lame to blame entertainers for this. If anyone is looking at a comedy show for who to vote for, they're already dumb enough to vote for this asshole. I don't buy "normalizing" and think its just thrown around to scapegoat people we don't like.
She's the villiain. And sort of terrible in it. If Bond ends up with her the movie makes even less sense.
