I want to like this, but didn't get the reference to a song at all until a country music listening to friend helped me and I fear that if I did get it, he is the only person I know that would have any clue of the song reference you need to get to actually understand it.

I don't know it's 0-60 nor it's top speed. But it is Ferrambo, a 1960 Rambler wagon with a Ferrari 360 powertrain. The 360 apparently went 0-60 in 4.3 seconds with a top speed of 189. Certainly this has worse aero so it is slower and it is certainly heavier and accelerates slightly less quickly. It still has to be

How did those awful 3 spoke Viper concept wheels make it into production though? While productionizing awesome concepts with little change is mostly good, some of those little details need more scrutiny. Exhibit 2, Camaro manual trans shift knob.

The 70's Monte Carlos weren't necessarily massive cars with tiny engines. It was a mid size car with a small block in it. What they did have though, was a really long front end. That created a monstrous distance from the engine to the radiator. Look at that shroud! That thing is just begging for more cylinders,

I've wanted to swap a rotary into a dump truck for a long time. That project is real far down the list though.

Trailers are allowed in drag week. There is a even a rule stating how big the trailer can be after someone won the boosted small block class the first year with a truck towing a full car trailer full of tools and stuff.

Eh, nevermind, this one doesn't so much count. It was a Reynard (British) powered by a Cosworth, which while owned by Ford, was also really British.

Dave Malot's rotary powered Chevy II Wagon holds the G motor classic gas coupe record at Bonneville at an astonishing 96.671 MPH.

The fastest car with doors in the quarter mile. Melanie Troxel's '53 Vette Pro Mod 258.71 MPH

Fastest NASCAR, lapped Talladega with an average speed of 212.809 in 1987

Fastest car at Indy 237.498 officially over one lap, 226.986 4 lap average, 239.260 unofficially in practice. All are Indy records set by this car in 1996.

The Budweiser Rocket Car is American. They claim it went 739.666 but it is heavily disputed. I myself doubt the claim. But if the claim is true it is the fastest American car.

This Ford Ecoboost V6 powered Riley went 222.971 at Daytona for a new record. Both Ford and Riley are American.

That car specifically was built on 10/2. I'm not sure they actually have all those on the lot yet. They may still be intransit, leading to the mess and lack of pictures.

Sorry for misquoting the number of Vs they have. They showed 64 in auto trader a couple days ago. On the dealer's actual website, they actually show 102 Vs in inventory, 14 of which are wagons.

Sewell Cadillac. Place is ridiculous on all accounts. During Power Tour, I know someone that got the diff in their V swapped there without prior notice on a Saturday. It was also a manual, which has a different final drive ratio than an automatic. They just had one in stock.

You win. BEST. ENGINE. EVER.

I found a purple, manual CTS-V wagon among the 64(!) CTS-Vs at a dealer in Dallas. If the purple manual wagon isn't a one of one car given that it is a 2014 only color and 2014 is a short run of cars, I would be incredibly surprised.

I'm going to bet that all the "popping and missing" that is heard is traction control done by the engine management.
