He's totally right, it isn't just Chrysler mules that suck. They all suck. You're lucky if the HVAC works at all. But guess what, you're going to Death Valley and the UP with the damn thing. Or the HVAC works, by randomly turning the heat on full blast whenever it wants.

A Caprice Wagon that served as a mule car for the C4? YES! It's a bad ass Wagon and it was a mule for the worst Corvette ever. The mule was way better than the car it was testing parts for.

NOFX missed this scandal in their song Ronnie and Mags

I want to punch that cunt, I really do.

Damn it, if only you could take video at the GM proving grounds. Because Bob Lutz. Dude is insane.

If you do that they'll start testing for SUV's driving over the nose of the car and smashing your head with their bumper.

I'm reading heavy amounts of sarcasm into the comment here.

So, is that the new Cadillac logo? They basically just dropped the wreath and maybe stretched the width of the shield?

That 3-1 car is bad ass. I had never seen that. Shame it never got to race at all. There really needs to be some racing series with a set of safety rules and nothing else. Rules are lame. I want to see crazy stuff racing.

I just want to buy one with a blown engine and drop an LSX in there.

I only opened this to say swamp buggies. I see people are all over this. Good to see others remember ...And They Walked Away videos and TNN.

I had an MN12 Thunderbird that the original oil pressure sending unit had gone bad on so I did the mod with the sending unit and resistor to make the oil pressure gauge fluctuate properly. The only problem, the gauge still had no numbers, so it was still pretty useless.

So what you are saying is, if you name something and put a V at the end of its name, e.g. CTS V, it is going to consume a lot of fuel

Are there still any cars in production that use a throttle cable? I'm pretty sure the throttle cable is already dead.

Hydraulic power steering seems to be going away rapidly in favor of electric power steering.

I expect there to be 6.0 x 10^23 of whatever is contained in these boxes.

My uncle did exactly that. Well, it was a circle. But it was about 1/8 mile and dirt. And I agree, it was the best track in the world. At least to a teenager, my similar aged cousins, my dad, and uncles. Some sub $150 Pintos and I-6 fox bodies were a blast on that little track.

Was anyone else's first thought when they read the headline that doubling zero is still zero?

Automotive development engineer. You get to drive the cars everyone else is hoping to get a heavily camouflaged glimpse of.

I wouldn't be caught dead in that
