I'm not going to defend the fight scenes (how could I? 😋). I'm just saying that the show want the worst on Netflix and it did have some redeeming and nuanced aspects.

The original had better music, even with the moments of eighties synth thrown in. It was a haunting and discordant tube, following a music box/nursery rhyme flavor. The new one is standard horror fill in music.

I'm glad a critic realized that this show did have some nuanced aspects to it. The show did have obvious flaws, but wasn't as bad as most people made it out to be.

A=Arnold, B=Bernard. I suspect if Bernard is replaced we'll see a character beginning with C

I hadn't thought of William being the man in black until now. I was surprised how fleshed out the theory is online.

Blue Morpho was the shape changing leader of the Guild. The Monarch and Rusty are brothers.

I think Cole died in the firebombing. At least, he does in this timeline.
