I have been vaccinated. Covid isn’t going anywhere. It is endemic. I will not wear a mask forever for a disease that will be little more than an annoyance to how I feel every year. No, we absolutely shouldn’t be going full speed ahead with battery vehicles. Batteries (alone) don’t power industry and that’s what uses the most energy. Industry.
