iOS has a huge install base compared to consoles. SE really doesn't need to price their games so high to turn a profit on the platform when everyone and their grandmother has an iOS device.

Well from what I understand, all the abilities in the demo level they've shown were maxed, and that's not really a great representation of that point in the game. Most people don't play on god mode, after all.

I loved the Guild Wars B2P model, and I'm really not sure why more MMOs didn't pick up on it. WoW has been the MMO market leader for so many years now, so you'd figure an MMO in this WoW-dominant environment that manages to get sales over the 6 million mark would raise more eyebrows.
