I think it’s definitely possible that the car is in reverse. Could have backed into the victim, or trying to pull a quick 3 point turn? Looks like it is in a parking lot.

Avid reader and lurker, but I have never posted. I am very convinced this is a 92-95 Pontiac Grand Am though. I guess the car would have to be in reverse in the photo?
