They did have mandatory evacuations for areas near rivers and creeks etc vulnerable to overflowing. That was yesterday and continues today.
Especially when you have tons of video and photos coming out that show the exact same situation. Like, the city is under water. Why on earth would a photo of people stuck inside a partially flooded residence seem fake to anyone? It’s literally happening all over the city, watch some fucking news.

That the media is/was making too big a deal about it and lying about the power of the hurricane, that it wasn’t that bad, etc. One person was in Houston too. He hasn’t responded so perhaps he was flooded out and had to evacuate. Or he kept insisting it wasn’t a big deal…
